A 30% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file for any cancellations made within 24 hrs or less of the scheduled appointment. Any client that does not give a 24hr notice of cancellation will be charged the cancellation fee. No call, no shows will be charged the FULL fee of the service booked. Any appointment over 15 minutes late with no notice will be considered a no call, no show and will be charged the full service fee and will need to reschedule. I ask that you please be respectful of my time and the time of the client scheduled after you, as I am of yours. By creating an appointment you are agreeing to the above. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day prior of your appointment to avoid being charged the cancellation fee.
